•    The rebate is issued in two installments, deducted from the room charges in the 7th and 13th months respectively. Upon the successful completion of the first 6 consecutive months of residency, the first rebate installment (covering the total rebate amount for months 1 through 6) will be deducted from the accommodation fee for the 7th month. To qualify for the second rebate installment—which is deducted from the accommodation fee for the 13th month—the resident must successfully complete 12 consecutive months of residency and subsequently renew the contract for at least one additional full month.

•    If a resident chooses to vacate the premises after the contract term (12 months) without renewing, the second rebate installment will automatically lapse and be forfeited; no retroactive payment will be made.

•    The rebate amount is calculated based solely on accommodation fees. All rebates are calculated on a full-month basis; pro-rata calculations do not apply. Should one resident terminate the contract early, vacate the premises, or pass away, the remaining resident’s entitlement to their personal share of the rebate will not be affected.

Occupants must meet the following requirements before arrangements can be made for them to move into the "Forward Living" senior living community:

1. Aged 60 or above

2. Health and self-care abilities must meet the admission requirements of residential care homes providing respite services
