登記護士 Enrolled Nurse (EN)

Starting Salary: Refer to the government salary scale starting from Pt. 9, calculated based on recognized years of work experience.
Working Hours: 49.5 hours per week (including paid meal breaks), rotating shifts, and public holidays, night shift not required.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service and care to residents for their healthcare needs.

  • Responsible for the procurement of nursing supplies.

  • Assist in training and supervising frontline staff.

  • Assess the nursing needs of residents, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.

  • Supervise the work of healthcare ambassadors, including daily tasks, scheduling, training, evaluation, and performance.

  • Assist doctors in consultation rounds and manage related records.

  • Assist in documentations monitoring according to the requirements of SWD and Code of Practice.

  • Follow up on arrangements for residents' admission to the Community.

  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in residential care and elderly services is preferred.

  • Hold a valid nursing certificate issued by the Hong Kong Nursing Council and a valid practicing certificate.

  • Mature, team-oriented, responsible, capable of working independently and under pressure.

健康照顧大使 Health Care Ambassador (護理員)

入職薪金:$15,200-$26,900 (視乎經驗而定)
工作時間: 每週工作49.5小時、輪休、值夜

工作內容及要求: 

  • 負責為院舍住客提供健康及護理照顧,協助設計推行健康計劃及康復小組

  • 提供優質服務予院舍住客,以助其提升日常自理能力及生活

  • 支援及協助提供清潔、舒適、安全及穩定的環境予住客

  • 持有護理員證書或者醫護支援課程優先考慮

  • 年假11-14天

  • 毎月例假6-7天

  • 酌情性表現花紅

  • 負責為院舍住客提供健康及護理照顧,協助設計推行健康計劃及康復小組

  • 提供優質服務予院舍住客,以助其提升日常自理能力及生活

  • 支援及協助提供清潔、舒適、安全及穩定的環境予住客

  • 持有社署認可保健員證書及必須為註冊保健員

  • 年假11-14天

  • 毎月例假6-7天

  • 酌情性表現花紅

二級物理治療師 Physiotherapist II 

Starting Salary: Refer to the government salary scale, calculated based on recognized years of work experience.

Working Hours: 5-day work week, including public holidays.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical physiotherapy services to clients, including case assessments, treatment planning, home assessments, and training program design and follow-up.

  • Supervise and train frontline staff and perform related administrative tasks.

  • Provide professional advice and recommendations on equipment, products, and rehabilitation products for Culture Homes and partners.

  • Assist in providing educational activities, professional consultations, and outreach services.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in residential care is preferred.

  • Independent, mature, and excellent communication skills.

  • Must hold a valid practicing certificate as registered physiotherapist.
